Last updated: October 30, 2026

This policy explains what Of The People Apparel (“we”) collects when you visit ofthepeopleapparel.com or place an order, and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Order details: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone (optional), the items you buy and the personalization you enter.
  • Photos and artwork you upload: used only to make and support your order or quote.
  • Messages and quote requests you send us through our forms or by email.
  • Newsletter signups: your email address, if you choose to join.
  • Military & veteran discount requests: your name, email and the proof of service you choose to upload, used only to check eligibility. Uploads are deleted once we’ve checked them, and requests are deleted automatically after 90 days.
  • Basic site data: cookies needed for your cart and checkout, and standard server logs.

How we use it

To make, ship and support your order; to send proofs, order updates and tracking; to answer your questions and quote bulk orders; and, if you sign up, to send occasional emails about new designs and deadlines. We don’t sell your personal information.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment providers (for example Stripe/WooPayments or PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.

Advertising and analytics

We may use advertising and analytics tools (such as the Meta Pixel and Pinterest Tag) to understand which ads work. These tools may set cookies. You can opt out through your browser settings or the providers’ ad preference pages.

Uploaded photos

We keep uploaded photos and artwork only as long as needed to make your order and handle any reprint, then delete them. Ask us anytime to delete yours sooner.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing orders@ofthepeopleapparel.com.
